Start With What Is Wrong
Most people arrive here in one of three situations. Something is leaking or visibly broken and needs fixing. A storm rolled through and the damage needs assessing before the claim window closes. Or the house is simply old enough that the roof and siding are due.

Nothing. Inspections are free and there is no obligation attached to them. If your roof has ten good years left we will tell you that, because a customer who trusts us in 2026 calls us in 2036.
Estimates come back within three business days of the inspection. If insurance is involved, we give you a realistic read on whether the damage will meet your carrier’s threshold before you file anything.
